I am super excited to be finally writing an article about Elisa. I have been literally obsessed with her for years now. Her style is so one of a kind that I normally use her page as inspo when I'm shopping for new clothes or if I'm picking out an outfit. Having someone that's as versatile as Elisa to grab inspo from is perfect because you can always get some idea of how to wear a piece that you may have never thought about. Elisa has stated in a interview with Galore Mag, "My fashion is so hard to put into one word because it always changes, but the first word that pops into my mind is juxtaposition!", and this statement is true for many of us nowadays since a lot of women has started mixing men's and women's clothing and vice versa.

"I like to mix high and low fashion & also men’s and women’s wear.

Another thing that drew me to Elisa is her confidence. She doesn't let what anyone says or does affect how she feels. Her outfits are always with statement pieces that only someone with confidence could pull off. In the interview with Galore she said,"Confidence means knowing yourself and your gifts, or whatever you’re doing in your life. A single belief in yourself and proudly walking in it." Elisa ability to wear what she loves with no hesitation is why I chose her to feature on The Blog. Below is a few pictures of outfits I love that she has worn. The People Behind The Artist

Artists these days depend on a team of people to make sure their image is up to par. They have someone posting on the social media, planning all their events, and even dressing them. What an artist wears is important not only because of the cameras in their face everyday but because it represents them as an individual. Style ranges from person to person which is why a stylist must be able to read whomever they are styling and are able to make choices that will make the person wearing it comfortable but also still look fashionable. Now I’m about to list a few people who you may know or may not but they are stylist for some popular artists or have worked with some important people in the industry:

Nyasia

So I recently came across a article on Galore.com and it featured the Clermont Twins. What gravitated me to the article was the fact that they were wearing some pieces from two designers that were held in the showroom I interned at in New York, HOUSEOF.NYC, PH5 & THII. So I was reading my daily emails and I saw the email and was super excited to see them being worn by the Clermont Twins. So after all that I wanted to know who actually styled the shoot and I found Nyasia's page. Her eye for fashion and styling is so unique and I fell in love with her styling as soon as I saw it. Below is some of her work and check out her Instagram @styledby_ny.

Dianne Garcia

@dianne

So this person is honestly a given for me and I know most people who admire this artist's style might have wondered or even know who this woman is, but if you don't her name is Dianne and she has styled two of my favorite artist SZA and Kendrick Lamar. Now when it comes to her personal style it speaks volumes as well. I love her street style aspect to her outfits. To be completely honest I love the aesthetic of street style fashion and the way that everyone can their own individual twist to it. Now to SZA, this woman can literally pull off anything in my eyes, but the outfits Dianne has put her in has been some of my favorite. The yellow dress from SNL with the flame chunky heel is one that's on the top of my list. Make sure ya'll go follow her on Instagram @dianne. Some of her work is below.

ZiggY Johnson

@ziggymackjohnson

Now when it comes to styling and an actual stylist I feel that you should also look well and Ziggy is one of the ones that SLAYS. I've had the pleasure of running into him a few times in New York and is the nicest person ever. His outfits literally speak volumes about his personality and he is not shy to throw a dress on, which I too love doing tbh, I'm going to put a few pictures of his outfits below just because he deserves it:

Now his styling on his clients are just as good as his personal style. It’s something about him and his eye of fashion thats different from other stylist I have seen which is what drew me to him. Of course I found him on Instagram and from their my love of his styling grew. Now below is some of his work so ya'll can enjoy it as well.

Let's Talk: The Clermont Twins

From Bad Girls Club to Front row at NYFW. The Clermont Twins, Shannon & Shannade, have been making major moves these past few years and I don't think they have a plan to stop anytime soon. Many might recognize these girls from Bad Girls Club: Season 14

Where they caused a scene and made a name for themselves as being "That Bitch". Their sassy and rich attitude has landed them some amazing deals since then. They have been featured in magazines including Galore, Paper, Office and many more. Through these interviews, we have found out that they are true sweethearts and very intelligent business women. Their concept of fashion can be interpreted in many different ways, but overall it is unique and different. They emphasize on showing the body and not letting the clothes speak for them but allow their personalities to shine through every outfit.

Recently the twins have released their own clothing line Mont Boudoir.

This clothing line emphasized on a woman that wants to show off her curves and isn't afraid of showing some skin. Honestly, everything that their own style stands for.

These girls are truly BOSSES and they have shown us that not only can they throw punches, but they can also throw some business in your face too. We love The Clermont Twins and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
