In 2018 we got a taste of diversity in make-up and fashion! Now stepping into 2019, I’m looking forward to fashion being more inclusive. Brands around the world have been more open to models and people of all ethnic backgrounds, sizes and gender identities.
As 👏🏾 It 👏🏾 Should 👏🏾 Be 👏🏾.
There will always be progress to made of course. But I wanted to speak on progressing overall. There as been a huge shift in who we’re seeing on the runway as well as on clothing websites.
It’s exciting, it’s accepting, yet makes you wonder “what took so long” “we’ve always been GREAT”.
So let’s xonti to be great, to push, to embrace and pay attention ☝🏾. The more we acknowledge and embrace, the more wanted it will be!
